In 2019, we made a significant advancement by integrating a state-of-the-art system into our operations. This cutting-edge system is fully equipped with GPS tracking and routing capabilities, revolutionizing the way we serve our customers. With this system in place, we can ensure that no customer is missed, our operators are efficiently routed, and valuable time is not wasted searching for addresses. To further streamline our operations, each of our tractors is equipped with an 8″ mounted tablet. This tablet acts as a guide for our operators, leading them seamlessly from one customer to another. The system automatically marks each address as serviced and directs the operators to the next location as they enter your driveway. This intelligent technology eliminates the possibility of accidentally skipping a driveway or servicing the wrong one, ensuring precise and reliable service every time.

Every customer address has been meticulously Geo-coded into the system, allowing us to maintain detailed servicing logs for each location. Our telephone operators, who handle your calls, can access real-time information on the location of all our tractors and track their progress. This enables us to provide you with more accurate timing updates when you inquire about our services. Our dispatch team also closely monitors the progress of all routes, promptly identifying any operators who may need assistance or are falling behind schedule.
